Energy certification of buildings is carried out from the study by applying the rules in force , carrying out a survey in the property, checking the type of       construction components and plant material for this purpose.
The energy performance certificate (ACE ) has been replaced by the EPA ( energy performance certificate ) .
The documents required for the preparation of the EPA consist of a copy of the building plan with their cadastral data and booklet plant with its label control .
The EPA must be sent to the competent regional office within 15 days of issuance , an operation that is performed by the certifying energy to be included to the list of regional certification .
In Abruzzo, the forwarding of A.P.E. exlusively is done by computer at ENEA Abruzzo .
In the certificate of energy performance are proposed interventions more cost-effective to improve the energy performance of the building.
Improvement of energy efficiency of buildings are tax deductible to the extent of 65%.
